Our New Environmental Division 

The launch of MP Environmental has been a big success for Mitchell, Pace & Associates. Through our new division, we are meeting the demands of architects, designers, specifiers, contractors and building owners for green, sustainable commercial building products in the metropolitan Milwaukee area and throughout Wisconsin.

Now we’d like to announce that Pat Brennan has been named product manager for MP Environmental, based in Waukesha, Wis. Pat offers general contractors and facility managers help with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) requirements, and knowledge of the products that meet LEED criteria.

"I am excited to consult with the specifying community on these green and healthful products. We know many professionals are attempting to capture LEED credits for their projects and now we are able to assist in that quest,” said Pat, who joined Mitchell, Pace & Associates in 2006.

“MP Environmental will work with the specifier and the design team to create an ‘airtight’ plan for the use of green building products,” Pat said.

EcoTimber, IceStone Now AvailableTwo of the finest green building products on the market are now available through Mitchell Pace Environmental. We've added flooring manufactured by EcoTimber and countertop material made by IceStone.  

Since 1992, EcoTimber has promoted forest conservation worldwide by selling sustainably-harvested and reclaimed wood products. EcoTimber offers a wide range of fully FSC-certified domestic and exotic hardwood and bamboo flooring, including prefinished engineered and floating floors.

All EcoTimber flooring is milled in standard formats that contractors feel comfortable with. IceStone durable surface material is made from recycled glass and concrete.
